  • Who do I Contact with a query on my vehicle bought from Leeds or Cannock

    We appreciate your trust in Available Car and value your continued support.
    As you may be aware, we have decided to close our Cannock and Leeds site. However, we want to assure you that our commitment to providing excellent service remains unchanged. To continue serving you efficiently, we will be consolidating our operations to our two remaining sites in Castle Donington and Sutton in Ashfield.

  • What if I have an issue after purchasing my car?

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we aim to resolve all issues straightaway. Should you experience an issue with your car following collection, please contact the store you purchased your car from directly. We offer a 3 month/3,000-mile warranty with all our cars.

  • Do you charge any fees for buying a car?

    No, we don’t charge any additional fees when you buy a car from us. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden extras!

  • How do I book a test drive?

    Booking a test drive at Available Car is simple! Visit the car you're interested in on our website, and click the "Book a Test Drive" button and complete the form. Alternatively, you can give your nearest Available Car showroom a call, or pop instore. Don't forget to bring your valid drivers license with you on the day.

  • Can I part-exchange my current vehicle?

    Absolutely! We offer a Part Exchange Price Promise where we guarantee to beat any like-for-like part exchange quote. Simply click this link on our website to get your instant valuation and once you have accepted the valuation, bring your car along to your nearest Available Car showroom and we can finalise the paperwork.

  • What warranty do you offer on the car?

    Every car we sell comes with an RAC warranty for your peace of mind. The warranty covers a wide range of mechanical and electrical components. You can also extend your warranty for added protection for up to 4 years all with 0% finance available.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    Should you wish to make a complaint about a car you have purchased from us or any aspect of our service, please fill out our complaint form here.
