They will introduce you to the next available Customer Helper who will help answer any of your questions around any cars you have seen or the customer care products we offer.
Part-Exchange Appraisal
Next, they will help you to test drive as many cars as you’d like, to find the right car for you.
They will then appraise your part-exchange vehicle to generate your market leading part-exchange valuation and talk you through our customer care products.
Finance options available
Once you have the car that’s right for you, our Customer Helpers will pass you onto one of our Customer Relationship Managers. They will take the time to understand your needs and make sure we tailor the right options to support your car buying experience.
Once you have confirmed your order, they will talk you through our handover process and book you an appointment to collect your new car.
