About the role:
Confidently and professionally welcome Available Car Customers into the business.
Support customers throughout their buying journey, from initial contact to the day you hand over their new vehicle.
Conduct test drives, assisting the customer in familiarising themselves with a prospective purchase.
Conduct the full journey with customers who have booked appointments to sell their vehicles via Is Your Car Available, carry out vehicle appraisals in line with company grading matrix and ensure customer satisfaction from appointment to handover and customer pay out.
Work effectively with the team to achieve your own and the team’s monthly sales targets.
Achieves KPI’s and targets set out by management.
Drive performance through the presentation of additional value-added products and services.
Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded to in a timely and professional manner, driving forward all new leads.
Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
SAF accredited or happy to work towards
We are looking for a hard-working Junior Sales Executive. You will have drive and passion to want to succeed and make a career in sales.
A keen eye for detail with the confidence to conduct accurate vehicle appraisals.
A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
Full UK driving licence is essential to the role.
Happy to work towards being SAF accredited.
Hours: 46.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
Pay: £24,000 per annum + commission (£32,000 OTE uncapped)
