Showroom Host/Hostess (Department Manager)

Leeds - OTE £30,000 (5 days in 7 including every weekend)

Customer care is at the forefront of our business and as such, the first impression our customers receive is delivered by the Reception team. As a Showroom Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for the operation and management of the site reception.

Whilst being responsible for a team of Receptionists you will be required to carry out the following duties.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure we Meet and Greet every customer in a professional manner
  • Ensure personalised introductions to Available Car for visitors (Customers Viewing/Handover/Aftersales/Visitors)
  • Ensure utilisation of CDK when booking customers in for help
  • Manage the Reception rota and personal within the team
  • Achieve agreed KPI’s for customer ‘sit down’ rate
  • Assist customers with any enquiries
  • Notify relevant departments/colleagues of appointments
  • Ensure customers are being seen in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all customer waiting areas/play area remain clean and tidy
  • Assist the Showroom Management Team as required
  • Work closely with the Showroom Management Team to feedback on common issues with a view to rectifying common trends
