Showroom Receptionist

Available Car are a family owned Used Car Supermarket with 4 branches across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Castle Donington - £23,000 per annum

First impressions are everything, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly and hard-working individual to join our Showroom Reception Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom whilst ensuring that our showroom is kept presentable and up to the Available Car standards.

About the role:

  • Meet and Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with any enquiries.

  • A passion for customer service and working with people.

  • Notify relevant departments/colleagues of appointments.

  • Ensure customers are being seen in a timely fashion.

  • Ensure all customer waiting areas/play area remain clean and tidy.

  • Assist the Showroom Management Team as required.

  • Work closely with the Showroom Management Team to feedback on common issues with a view to rectifying common trends.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Assisting with other tasks if required.

About you:

You will have a passion for working with people and want to consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service.  This combined with organisational skills, a pro-active attitude to work and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail.

Skills required:

  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.

  • Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential

  • Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.

Hours:  46.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

Pay: £23,000 per annum
