About the role:

• Confidentially and professionally welcome Available Car Customers into the business
• Conduct test drives, assisting the customer in familiarising themselves with a prospective purchase.
• Provide customers with quotations based on their individual needs and requirements to then convert these into confirmed orders.
• Work effectively with team to achieve own and team’s monthly sales targets.
• Mentor, support and guide newer members of the team.
• Achieves KPI’s and targets set out by management.
• Drive performance through the presentation of additional value-added products and services
• Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Become an exceptional team player and pro-actively contribute to the success of the team.
• To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded in a timely and professional manner.
• Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
• SAF approved
• FCA accreditation

About you:

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Customer Assistant. You will have a proven track record in sales with the ability to show where you have achieved and excelled hitting targets. You thrive in a competitive sales environment and encourage growth within the business. You will be a supportive of all team members and happy offering guidance and training to team members when necessary.

Skills required:

• Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Be experienced in negotiation and selling.
• A proven track record in sales within a similar role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Full UK driving licence is essential to the role.
• SAF approved
• FCA accreditation

Hours: 42 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

Pay: £28,000 per annum
