PA to General Manager

Cannock - £19,390 (Monday to Friday)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA/Administration Assistant to join our Sales Admin team at our Cannock Store.

Working closely with the site General Manager, this is a very diverse role. You will be expected to assist, when required, in all branch related issues and occasionally assist in the Administration Department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily post processing in and out of the branch
  • Recruitment CV handling
  • Customer campaign preparation and tracking
  • Uniform and stationery orders and stock taking
  • You will also be required to prepare draft documentation for the GM to review.

This job is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a busy and high pressured role. We are looking for a keen multitasker who is computer literate in Microsoft Office, and enjoys hitting deadlines, as required. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, with great listening skills, who can communicate well with others in person and on the telephone.

You will be working in a sales admin office, amongst a team of 8. This role is extremely varied, and will be enjoyed by the right candidate with ongoing training and support provided. An understanding of Autoline Drive or a similar dealer management system, would be an advantage, but is not essential.
