About the role:
Confidently, professionally and proactively engage with customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
Make recommendations on products that meet the customers’ requirements.
Guide and support customers through the handover process.
Provide advice and assistance with any queries.
Liaise with the Preparation Team to monitor the progress of sold vehicles.
Check vehicles prior to collection.
Ensure all customers are contacted prior to their collection to ensure a smooth handover process.

About you:
This role demands an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will present additional value-added product and services all whilst actively contributing towards the Available Car aims and values.
Skills required:
Experience working in a target driven environment is desirable.
A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09.00 – 18.00 – 40 hours per week
Pay: £22,500 per annum + commission
