Handover Assistant

Available Car are a family owned Used Car Supermarket with 4 branches across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Cannock - £22,500 per annum

Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, the Available Car shopping experience is built around the customer and as a Handover Assistant you will play a crucial part in the process, ensuring customers have the very best experience and making the moment special for them with a seamless, hassle-free delivery.

About the role:

  • Confidently, professionally and proactively engage with customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.

  • Make recommendations on products that meet the customers’ requirements.

  • Guide and support customers through the handover process.

  • Provide advice and assistance with any queries.

  • Liaise with the Preparation Team to monitor the progress of sold vehicles.

  • Check vehicles prior to collection.

  • Ensure all customers are contacted prior to their collection to ensure a smooth handover process.

  • present additional value-added product and services to customers.

  • Hitting team and individual targets.

About you:

This role demands an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will present additional value-added product and services all whilst actively contributing towards the Available Car aims and values.

Skills required:

  • Experience working in a target driven environment is desirable.

  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.

  • Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.

  • Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 09.00 – 18.00 – 40 hours per week

Pay: £22,500 per annum + commission
