About the role:
- To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded in a timely and professional manner, in line with company KPI’s.
- Arranging appointments for customers to visit our showrooms.
- Advising, quoting, and proposing finance.
- Arranging vehicle appraisals.
- Taking customer deposits.
- Completing vehicle orders digitally with our customer.
- Mentor, support and guide Customer Advisors.
- Taking overflow calls to assist the showrooms when needed.
- Working closely with the site-based sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintaining customer diary to ensure follow up calls are actioned on time.
- Use of Keyloop/CDK
- Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.

About you:
You will be responsible for maintaining our exceptional customer experience from start to finish during the digital/online journey. You will be expected to handle inbound and outbound calls and live chat, ensuring that all leads are captured that come in via our online portals. You will have a proven track record in sales with the ability to show where you have achieved and excelled hitting targets. You will thrive in a competitive, sales environment and encourage growth within the business.
Skills required:
- Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- An enthusiastic telephone manner with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Be experienced in negotiation and selling.
- A proven track record in sales within a similar role – Motor trade is desired but not essential.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Full UK driving licence is essential to the role.

- FCA accreditation
Hours: 42 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
Pay: £28,000 basic with an OTE of £32,000.
