Customer Service Helper

Available Car are a family owned Used Car Supermarket with two branches across the East Midlands.

Customer Service Helper: £24,000 per annum + commission (Salary potential £32,000 OTE uncapped)

About the role:

  • Confidently and professionally welcome Available Car Customers into the business.

  • Support customers throughout their buying journey.

  • Conduct test drives, assisting the customer in familiarising themselves with a prospective purchase.

  • Work effectively with the team to achieve your own and the team’s monthly sales targets.

  • Achieves KPI’s and targets set out by management.

  • Drive performance through the presentation of additional value-added products and services.

  • Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded to in a timely and professional manner, driving forward all new leads.

  • Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.

About you:

We are looking for personality, politeness, enthusiasm and the energy to want to provide world class customer service. We do not want you to sell to our customers, we just want you to help our customers to want to buy. We want you make the buying of an Available Car a fantastic and memorable experience for our customers.

Skills required:

  • We welcome applicants with a full driving licence, experience of dealing with the public, especially from a retail or hospitality background.

Hours: 46.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
