About the role:

• Manage a small team on the sales floor.
• Work closely with the Showroom Managers.
• Be responsible for maximising sales opportunities in both face to face and digital environments.

• Provide customers with quotations based on their individual needs and requirements to then convert these into confirmed orders.

• Work effectively with team to achieve own and team’s monthly sales targets.
• Mentor, support and guide newer members of the team.
• Achieves KPI’s and targets set out by management.
• Drive performance through the presentation of additional value-added products and services
• Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Become an exceptional team player and pro-actively contribute to the success of the team.

• To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded in a timely and professional manner.

• Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
• Be a fit and proper person as defined by the FCA as you will be conducting regulated activity.

• SAF approved

About you:

We are looking for people who have long serving experience within the Automotive sector, you will be a high achieving Business/Retail Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding. You will have an exceptional work ethic and inspire your team excel in what they do.

Skills required:

• Experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager in a Main Dealer or Car Supermarket.
• A proven track record in sales within a similar role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Full UK driving licence is essential to the role.
• SAF approved
• FCA accreditation

Hours: 42 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

Pay: £45,000 per annum + commission
