Customer Service Advisor

Leeds - £20,000

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in our busy contact centre at our Leeds Store.

Our customers expect excellent customer service from us, and you will know what excellent looks like and how to exceed customers’ expectations. You will be ensuring that everything we do as a business, puts the customer first.

You will be dealing with large volumes of telephone calls, emails and webchat for our entire group, using your skills and expertise to assist customers with all aspects of their enquiries. You will also be expected to generate rich leads and appointments for our Showroom Teams to action.

We are looking for enthusiastic and positive team members with experience of working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre, focused on customer service.

The working shift pattern is 5 days per week, including some weekends and Bank Holidays.
