
Assistant Showroom Manager
Leeds - £45,000 per annum + bonus
Available Car is a family-owned Used Car Supermarket with 4 branches across the Midlands and Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a showroom manager to join our team. Experience within a high-volume operation and achieving targets is a necessity. well-developed leadership skills and management experience, gained from within the automotive industry. This role is a main driving force for the success of the site, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

About the role:
- Highly motivated, energetic and ambitious with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience of working within the Automotive industry in a Used Car Sales environment, managing a large team of 40 to 50.
- Excellent working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, CDK Drive or similar.
- Experience of working with a range of brands.
- Work effectively with team to achieve own and team’s monthly sales targets.
- Achieves KPI’s and targets set out by the senior management team.
- Mentor, support and guide newer members of the team.
- Strong direction and leadership qualities.
- Ability to build positive customer and staff relationships.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, computer literate.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
- To ensure all customers enquiring via digital platforms are responded in a timely and professional manner.
- Organised, and capable with a keen eye for attention to detail, both written and verbal.
- Experience and up-to-date knowledge of the finance and insurance products.
- Be a fit and proper person as defined by the FCA as you will be conducting regulated activity.
- Full UK Driving licence.

Skills required:
- Previous Showroom Manager experience advantageous
- Experienced Business Managers / Senior Sales Executives with a proven successful track record looking for next step
- Contribute fully within the team, ensuring the right environment is maintained at all times.
- Motivated and dedicates sales professional with the ability to inspire others.
- Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
Hours: 42 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
Pay: £45,000 per annum + bonus
