Available Car is a family-owned Used Car Supermarket with 4 branches across the Midlands and Yorkshire. We are looking for an aftersales advisor to join our busy team, this is a varied role that requires dealing with many different departments within the business. We are seeking a highly organised, customer service focussed professional with a keen eye for detail and naturally enthusiastic personality.

About the role:

  • Work in a busy team reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
  • Assisting customers post sale who require help with their vehicle or products purchased.
  • Provide high-level customer service to all our customers, both in a face-to-face environment and online through various platforms.
  • Booking in jobs for our workshop daily ensuring accurate booking and record keeping.
  • Managing a fleet of courtesy cars to ensure they are available and ready for customers’ appointments.
  • Meet and greet our customers for their appointments.
  • Confirm with the customer that all job cards are accurate, and an accurate vehicle condition video is undertaken.
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs is pivotal to this role so you will be expected to manage time critical tasks.

About you:

Working in a busy team reporting to the Aftersales Manager, our Aftersales Advisors provide high-level customer service to all of our customers, both in a face-to-face environment and online through various platforms. The main duties of this role will be to assist customers post sale who require help with their vehicle or products purchased.

Skills required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and IT literate.
  • Well-organised and proactive, with excellent written & verbal communication skill
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
  • A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.

Hours: 44 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30 / Saturday 08.30 – 12.30

Pay: £25,000 per annum
