Vehicle Detailer

£22,439

We are currently looking for a highly skilled vehicle detailer who can work as part of our Vehicle detailing team within our preparation centre. You will have had a minimum of two year’s experience and a full driving licence.

The role entails interior and exterior detailing of the vehicle using a verity of tools, equipment and environmentally friendly chemicals to achieve a high standard that our customers have become accustomed to.

Working closely with a market leading detailing supplier you will receive induction training and any ongoing training requirements thereafter to enhance and develop your skills.

Senior Vehicle Buyer

OTE £64,000

Available Car are looking to recruit two Senior Vehicle Buyers to join our industry leading team.

The successful candidates will need to have hands on experience buying vehicles from a chain of reputable suppliers and have a proven track record within the physical and online auction environment. This involves looking at vehicles, having a good eye for detail and be able to assess the condition quickly and accurately.

You will be tasked with developing the role and working closely with the General Manager and their Showroom manager, understanding vehicle specification and desirability, managing stock and helping to drive sales and profitability by buying the best quality used cars in the market place.

The individual will be required to be self-motivated and work well within a busy buying team. You must be able to self-manage supplier accounts and fully document purchases digitally, so IT skills are essential.

You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally at all times and represent the company at a senior level

Part of the job role will be covering various auction centres around the country so a full UK driving license is essential.

Vehicle Diagnostic Technician

£30,000

Working in our busy Preparation Centre alongside an ever growing team of likeminded individuals you will be required to carry out vehicle inspections to a high standard also carrying out a multitude of other repairs in our modern, clean workshop whilst using diagnostic equipment both aftermarket and manufacturer level, latest tools/ equipment and computer software all designed to help you achieve goals and quality of workmanship.

You will be a highly skilled, highly motivated individual who can work as part of our growing family within our busy Preparation Centre. You will have had experience working within the motor industry for a minimum of 5 years gaining valuable knowledge of light motor vehicles. One who takes pride in

workmanship ensuring our customers receive the high standards of quality we have become accustomed too. You will be required to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in light motor vehicles or equivalent and a full UK Driving licence. A MOT licence is preferable but not essential.  

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting Vehicles to a high standard
  • Carrying out diagnosis in an efficient manner
  • Road testing
  • Fault finding
  • Servicing
  • General repairs
  • Good communication skills

Bodyshop Technician

£28,030

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Technician, to join us in our busy BodyShop. You must have experience working to the highest standards.

An ATA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage but not essential.

Duties will include prepping cars ready for cosmetic paint repairs to a high standard on nearly new and high quality used cars. In this busy working environment, you will be required to be flexible in your approach and able to work under pressure and achieve volume targets whilst maintaining quality.

Training will be provided during induction, and on-going training will be provided through industry leading suppliers.

Customer Assistant Tier 1

OTE £24,000

5 days per week (inclusive of weekends)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Customer Assistants. You will be assisting our customers in all aspects of purchasing a vehicle in a fast paced environment, both onsite and via other platforms.

You will meeting and greeting customers, appraising part exchange vehicles and organising and conducting test drives, whilst at all times delivering outstanding customer service. You will also be presenting a range of products to meet our customers needs.

Excellent communication skills, a can do attitude and a desire to succeed are essential qualities for this role.

You will have had experience working within the motor industry for a minimum of 5 years gaining valuable knowledge of light motor vehicles.

You will take pride in your work ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of quality that we and they have become accustomed too. You will be required to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in light motor vehicles or equivalent and accredited Master Technician certification.

Working in our busy preparation centre alongside an ever growing team of like-minded individuals, you will be required to diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults whilst also carrying out a multitude of other repairs in our modern, clean workshop using diagnostic equipment - both aftermarket and manufacture level, latest tools / equipment and computer software all designed to help you achieve goals and quality of workmanship.
