Covid 19 Update

Following the recent government announcement in relation to the new Covid variant, it will now be mandatory to wear a face covering in our Stores, unless you are medically exempt.

Disposable face coverings will be available at reception, so should you forget to bring your own, please ask a member of our Reception Team who will be happy to provide you with one.

We have also implemented the following within our Stores:

  • Screens will be in place in all our Stores
  • All our Staff will wear a face covering unless protected by a screen
  • Face coverings will also be mandatory for both Staff and Customers on a Test Drive
  • Our cars and showrooms will be sanitised regularly
  • We have made the decision to temporarily close our Children’s play areas until further notice

Terms & Conditions:

There is a 200-mile limit during the 14-day money back guarantee period. If this limit is exceeded, a charge of £1 per mile will be applied for returns. Any damage to the car will be charged for at an appropriate and reasonable rate. We will be unable to issue a refund for any car that has been altered or modified from the condition it was delivered in. If we deem that the car has suffered any excessive damage, or has been involved in an accident, we will not be able to accept a return. If we have disposed of your part-exchange vehicle within the 14 day period, we will reimburse you the agreed amount. Otherwise your car will be returned.
