I wanted to write to you and your team including the Customer Service Manager who sold us our car and the After Sales Manager, to pass on our thanks regarding the vehicle I bought from Available Car originally back in November 2010. As you will recall, having bought the 2 ½ year old vehicle from you, it presented with emission problems four days after I took delivery. You identified the fault through your diagnostics; however, in spite of various visits under warranty to the vehicles main dealership, they failed to find the exact fault and therefore could not find a remedy. Having lost faith in the reliability for that vehicle, we wished to return it. Instead of facing a potential wrangle, you offered to source an alternative similar vehicle. This you did, a black model which was actually of an even higher specification than that of the silver one. We had also already transferred a cherished plate over to the original silver car, which then had to be changed over again to the black vehicle, at additional cost and hassle, something Available Car covered for us with the DVLA. The second key supplied with the black vehicle did not work remotely and having established it was not the battery, Available Car replaced the key free of charge and arranged for recoding through the dealership. Working in customer service ourselves, we are well aware that it is not how you handle the sale and the customer experience when things go well and as expected, it is how well and quickly you put things right when things go wrong, through no fault of the customer. This is something both of you and your team have demonstrated to us both. Many thanks again for all your help and having bought 3 cars from you over the years, we will be back!
