When you arrive at AvailableCar you will first be offered a catalogue which contains an up to date stock list of more than 2000 nearly new and used cars currently on-site or on their way. Other features in the catalogue to help you include:

site layout:
All our vehicles are laid out according to size and each one is unlocked for your convenience so please get in and get a feel for the car. We stock thousands of different, nearly new and used car brands in:
- small cars
- medium cars
- large cars
- estate cars
- 4x4's
Each car displays easy to read information showing the price, whether the car is a diesel or automatic for example. You can also view specification sheet listing all the cars features, like mileage, electric windows and airbags etc.

Our Helpers are there to help you, not to hassle you. We let you browse at your leisure and Helpers will approach only when you ask and not before.
At Available Car we do not employ pushy ‘car salespeople’.

test drives:
Hopefully you’ll find a car you’re interested in, and perhaps you would like a test drive or two (or more!). Please feel free to take any car for a test drive - there’s no obligation to purchase. Just ask at reception.
Don’t forget we even have a test drive booking service available at all times on-line. This ensures you get to drive the car you want at a time to suit you.
If you do go for a test drive, it may be an ideal opportunity to have your car valued for part-exchange - we’ll always give you a fair price. Just inform your Helper and it will be taken care of.

When you’re happy and when you’re ready, you can discuss your purchase options with one of our Customer Service Managers. You will no doubt have many questions and will want to look at all the opportunities to get yourself the most suitable deal for you.

We offer genuinely competitive finance rates and we have a Price Check policy which, backed up with our unique AvailableCar Price Promise, guarantees that if you find a car of equal quality and value cheaper elsewhere within seven days of ordering the vehicle we will refund the difference - and remember, if you’re not happy, you can always walk away.
purchasing:
We try to make the whole AvailableCar experience as easy and hassle free as possible. The only form of identification you will need on the day of actual purchase is your driving license. But in addition, we will run you through the other items we may need when you come to collect your new car or part-exchange your old one.

handover:
At the time of purchase, we will arrange a time for collection at your convenience. When you collect your car we will spend as much time as you like to show you the car controls, any aspects you’re not entirely sure about and to answer any questions.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the moment you drive away until the time eventually comes when you decide to replace it. When that time arrives we hope you will re-visit us and remember our excellent cars, excellent prices and world class service!
