AvailableCar has had an incredibly successful period since January 2011, the busiest yet in-fact, with turnover having increased by 20% as people from across the country realise the benefit of buying a quality used car from a trusted source.

To keep up with customer demand, we have recruited more than thirty new Team Members from across the region over the last few weeks, filling new positions in all areas of the business.

New job roles in sales, administration, vehicle preparation and smart repair have been created as our supermarkets keep up with the ever-increasing amount of car sales.

In-fact we have just been named as one of the top 500 companies in the Midlands, based on turnover and profit by Newsco Insider, a Leading Independent publisher of business information.

Here at AvailableCar, we now employ over 240 people from the Midlands and more jobs are still be filled in the New Year from Management through to valeting.

Despite the motor trade having tough times over the last two years, we have bucked the trend having resisted the urge to expand too quickly and instead, have invested heavily in customer service strategies and high quality stock.

This is something which seems to have paid off, as both of our supermarkets have fantastic customer feedback and one of the best team retention levels in the country at 95%, with many faces having been with us since opening in 2002.

Paul Arscott Operations Director said: " We feel that by having good quality, low priced cars, we have appealed to a wider target market over the last year, as people have undoubtedly been more price-aware.

"Many customers who once bought new cars are now coming to AvailableCar and choosing nearly new models that are perhaps a year or two years old. This is a clever way to save the thousands of pounds your car will depreciate by, once driven out of the new car showroom."

Here at AvailableCar we have also been ensuring our car stock levels have increased, which offers over 36 different brands of cars priced at £3000 through to £23,000, guaranteeing there is always plenty of choice for everyone.
