AvailableCar is Giving something back...

Since opening in 2002 AvailableCar have worked with many local charities and organisations over the years to raise money for the local community.
They have sponsored the Mansfield Half Marathon, they have donated to the John Eastwood Hospice and for the last two years they have worked with the well-known Midlands based, Rainbows Hospice for children and young people.
The reason for choosing Rainbows was because it helps children and their families in the surrounding areas of where the two AvailableCar Supermarkets are based.
Rainbows, is a purpose-built children's hospice, which opened its doors in 1994 to meet the needs of the children and young people from the East Midlands. All the patients who go to Rainbows are affected by life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Since starting the fundraising, AvailableCar Team Members have cycled, ran in marathons, organised raffles and even sky dived in a bid to raise much needed money for the hospitals new wing. Customers have also helped considerably by kindly adding on £1 or more onto the cost of their new car, which goes straight to hospice charity fund.
Incredibly, AvailableCar have now raised over £30,000 for the hospice and the figure continues to rise.
The money raised has gone towards a new £4m therapy wing and refurbishment at Rainbows. The huge new building includes a hydrotherapy pool and state-of-the-art multi-sensory room amongst a long list of other rooms. Plus, all the wings bedrooms are either new or completely refurbished.
