The number five signifies somewhat of a milestone for us here at AvailableCar, as we uncannily reach the grand total of 50,000 cars bought by you our customers, during our 5th birthday celebration!

Special plans are being put in place by Team Members, so that we can share this landmark occasion and say a big ‘thank you’ to all those of who have visited us over the last five years.

We started trading in 2002 and since then, the business has just got bigger and bigger and now spans over 11 acres and has more than 2000 cars available to buy today. We believe our success stems from having the right cars at the right prices and having dedicated professionals who are trained to be ‘the very best’ when it comes to customer service. Which is why 50% of all our business now comes through customer referrals.

The last year has certainly been a successful one; we expanded the site and built new workshops, which means more services on offer and a quicker turnaround on the preparation of all our cars. There's a state-of-the-art paint shop and new valet bay, special training rooms for our Teams and even more car parking spaces for all our thousands of customers!

As well as expanding our site, we also expanded our people, there are now more than 140 individuals both customer facing and ‘behind the scenes’ delivering the service you expect. Team retention is remarkable at AvailableCar, with many faces having been there since the doors opened five years ago. Driving ambition forward and concentrating on our processes rather than sales, has created a team of people who all work towards the same thing – world- class service!
