British marques are a motorists dream

Three-quarters of drivers want luxury UK marques. The vast majority of UK motorists would buy British car brand if money were no object.
New research from online insurance company swiftcover.com found that three-quarters of motorists would buy British if they had a budget of at least £100,000.
Bond's favourite the Aston Martin was the most popular choice, with 24 per cent of drivers saying it would be their ideal purchase.
Range Rover second
Range Rover was second with 19 per cent, followed by Bentley at 16 per cent.
Rolls Royce followed in fourth with 10 per cent - the remaining top ten list included Porsche, Ferrari and BMW.
The survey also looked at the celebrities favourite cars.
Top among footballers was the BMW X5, as driven by Wayne Rooney, while Hollywood actors opted for the Bugatti Veyron, which is driven by Tom Cruise.
Hollywood actresses' favourite was the Mercedes SL, and is driven by the likes of Lindsay Lohan.
